CANADA SHIPPING POLICIES


For orders placed within Canada I ship using Standard Ground Lettermail. This usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive. This shipping option will not receive a tracking number.

There is a tracked upgrade available at checkout. These are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel and typically arrive within 2-7 business days. This shipping option will receive a tracking number.

Please note that these timelines are only estimates provided to me by Canada Post and I cannot control the duration of the shipping.

All orders placed within Canada will be dropped off with Canada Post on the next business day.


USA SHIPPING POLICIES


Even though I am located within Canada, I am an hour drive from the Canada/USA border. Therefore, orders placed from the United States will be sent direct via USPS in Pembina, North Dakota.

I drop these packages off with USPS once a week on Monday mornings. The order deadline for the Monday shipment is 12:00PM CST the previous Sunday.

You will receive a USPS tracking number for orders placed within the United States. These are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. 

Please note that these timelines are only estimates provided to me by USPS and I cannot control the duration of the shipping. Once the package is in possession of USPS I no longer have any control over it. If there are issues with the delivery, those will need to be taken up with USPS and the Post Office.

 

INTERNATIONAL (NON-USA) SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipments outside of Canada and the USA will be shipped via Canada Post Small Packet. This service typically takes 6-12 business days to arrive. This shipping option will not receive a tracking number.

There is a tracked upgrade available at checkout. These are shipped with Canada Post Tracked Packet and typically arrive within 6-12 business days. This shipping option will receive a tracking number.

All international orders placed will be dropped off with Canada Post on the next business day.

Please note I am currently unable to ship to the UK or Europe due to VAT requirements. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you have issues with your order, please contact me within a week of receipt. I do offer refunds if the product is damaged. If there are issues with delivery, those should be taken up with Canada Post within Canada and USPS within the United States. Replacements will be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact me with any questions or requests.
